Complete conversion kit to equip your 6 volt system mopeds with CDI ignition and a 12 volt electrical system.

• Suitable for SS50 and CD50 models (not for Benly models).
• More light output than a 6 volt system, enabling a 25 watt (halogen) headlight.
• Improved battery charging current, ensuring all battery-dependent components function more adequately.
• Maintenance-free due to the absence of contact points; adjustment of worn or misaligned contact points is no longer necessary.
• Delivers a much stronger and more reliable spark.
• The kit is supplied ready for installation, including installation instructions.
• The pickup has been adapted by us to fit well in OT crankcases.
• The flywheel fits the crankshaft using the supplied adapter bush.
• The flywheel is slightly lighter than a standard flywheel, causing the engine to react more sharply to the throttle.
• The dynamo output for the light is approximately 35 watts (take this into account when choosing your bulbs).

Please note: Does your moped have a flat Hitachi flywheel? Then this kit does not fit! Please contact us first if you are in doubt!
