This resulted in the Super Cub with a low entry, a leg shield and a semi-automatic clutch. A great moped that is suitable as a daily driver but also as a moped that is only used in good weather. Since its introduction, the Super Cub has had many names and upgrades. At the 4-stroke shop we roughly distinguish between the following types; OT type: The type with the tank mounted on the frame, 6 volt electricity and ignition contacts. K1 type: The type with the slightly rising handlebars, extra cooling fins on the crankcases and the tank mounted in the frame. NT type: The type with a 12v system, cdi ignition and new type of gaiters AA09 type: The type with telescopic fork and a 4-speed semi-automatic engine In detail, there are many more differences to be found between the Honda models, but in general this is fairly accurate. In the Netherlands, only the OT model was delivered between 1971 and 1974 in the colors moss green and elephant gray. With the well-known pedal system to comply with the Dutch moped law.
