On a daily basis, our specialized technicians are working on common maintenance and repairs on our beloved 4-stroke mopeds and motorcycles. From replacing a tire to a complete engine overhaul or total restoration, your 4-stroke is in good hands with us.

Maintenance

We can carry out common maintenance jobs while you wait. You can easily schedule an appointment by using the calendar below. It is not possible to have maintenance carried out without having a scheduled appointment in advance

Repair, overhaul and tuning

Due to permanent busy times, we only work by appointment and you may first end up on our waiting list. If you would like to have your 4-stroke moped or motorcycle repaired, tuned or restored by us, please send us an email for an appointment to: werkplaats@4taktwinkel.nl. It is not possible to bring your moped by without permission from us.

Road Approval at the Dutch Autorities

Do you have an old Honda in the shed that does not yet have a license plate? No problem! We have years of experience with RDW inspections of classic mopeds and motorcycles and can take care of this entire process for you. You can have us carry out a check to assess whether your vehicle is "ready for inspection". In the event of defects, our technicians can repair them if desired. We also support you in providing the necessary documentation, such as a purchase invoice and a year of construction declaration. Ultimately, we can have your vehicle inspected at the inspection station in Zwolle. Vehicles from after 2005 are individually inspected at the RDW in Lelystad, for which a higher rate applies.

When you purchase a Japanese import moped or motorcycle from us, you can choose to have it delivered with a registration or Dutch export documents. You don't have to worry about it and obtaining a license plate is then guaranteed at a fixed rate. Dutch export papers could make it easier to import a vehicule to for example Germany or France.

Labour rates:

Maintenance and repairs:  €69,50 per hour incl. VAT
Maintenance job moped:  €79,50 incl. VAT (incl. oil)
Labour engine overhaul:  €595,- incl. VAT (excl. parts)

RDW inspection for a moped: € 185,80
RDW inspection for a motorcycle: € 215,-
RDW inspection for induvidual approval (Y.O.M. after 2005): € = variable
