1. Shipping and pick-up 

1.1 Processing & delivery of your order.

Processing:

From Monday until Friday we process web orders.
When you order on these days before 15:00, it will processed the same day. When you order after 15:00, then your order will be processed the next working-day
During the processing of your order you will be updated trough email with several status updates.

Shipping:

If your order is processed, it will be ready for pick up or sent to you trough DPD the same day! On the condition that all parts are on stock.
If you ordered a part that's not on stock, 
or if we do not have enough on stock, we will order this by our supplier. In this case, you will get the status update: waiting on supplier. 
As soon as we receive the part from our supplier, your order will be sent and you will receive a status update which will say; "sent"

Shipping time and status:

As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an e-mail which states if your order is shipped trough post in an envelope or as DPD package. 
In the case of DPD package, you will receive a track and trace link from DPD. On the website of DPD its possible to track your package.
Is your order sent by envelope, we cannot guarantee or give an indication on expected delivery time.
Is your package sent with DPD, we can guarantee the following expectations of delivery:
 
 Netherlands  One working day. Saturday delivery possible *
 Belgium  One or two working days
 Germany  One or two working days
 Luxembourg  Two or three working days.
 France  Two or three working days
 Denmark  Two or three working days.
 Austria  Two or three working days.

The cost of delivery are calculated automatically during the payment of your order.
Our system will always prefer the cheapest option.

Small parts are frequently sent by envelope. The costs of envelope shipment
depend on the weight and destination.  If you want your order to be
shipped with a package instead of an envelope, please add the fictional product

2. Methods of payment

2.1 Available methods of payment

CCV Pay

All online methods of payment on our website are taken care of by CCV Pay and run trough a secure connection. You can recognize the secured connection by the green lock and HTTPS in the address bar of your browser.

It is possible to pay with the following methods at 4taktwinkel:
 

iDeal

The fastest and mostly used payment method for costumers in the Netherlands. Ideal is available for mostly all big banks in the Netherlands
 

Bancontact

Banconact is the most used method of payment in Belgium and is available for allour costumers from Belgium who make use of internet banking.
 

PayPal

PayPal is available for costumers with a PayPal account PayPal offers its costumers an extensive buyers protection. More information about this is available on the websiteof PayPal.  The cost of payment trough PayPal is 3,4% of the total order value.
 

Klarna 

Klarna (Sofort) is a frequently used online method of payment in Germany and is available for customers with a Klarna account. Klarna is TÜV certified and guarantees a safe way of online paymentand a maximum privacy production. The proccessing of your payment through Klarna takes an average of 1 up to 3 business days.

Creditcard 

CCV Pay offers safe payment by creditcard. Visa, Mastercard and Meastro are accepted. Your creditcard provider will often offer extensive buyers protection when you use your creditcard to fulfil the payment.
 


Direct transfer

When you decide to use direct transfer you will receive an e-mail after you placed your order from CCV Pay. This email contains all the information you require in order to pay for your order. The processing of your paymenttakes approximately 1 to 3 working days.
 

Pick up and pay in our store

In our shop it is possible to pay with cash or card. It is also possible to pay online beforehand if you choose the pick up in store option.
 
 

3. Returns and warranty

3.1 30 days right of return

When you receive an order and your are not satisfied, or not satisfied with a part of your order, you can return these parts within 30 days without any statement or reason. If the part is not used or damaged by yourself.

It is possible that you are not satisfied about the quality or that you ordered the wrong part by mistake. In both cases it is possible to return the parts and we will do our best to return your money as soon as possible, but always within 14 days. The cost of the return shipping are for your own account.


3.2 Warranty

If the part breaks down within the statutory warranty period, without your fault, we take the request for warranty in consideration.  You can request warranty by  contacting us. We would like to receive a clear description of the (presumably) cause of the breaking down.

Engines

On new engines we can only give warranty if this checked by us at our store within the first 20km after assembly. For more information about warranty on engines, pleas contact  us.


3.3 Requesting return-shipment

You can return a part of a complete order to the following address.  We appreciate it very much if you contact  us beforehand. You never own us any explanation, but we would like to hear if you want the part to be swapped for a new one, changed for another one or that we should return the money to your bank account.

Damages made by the transporting company or loss of the package are not refunded by the 4takwinkel.nl but have to be claimed at the transporting party.
