The (Japanese) Honda C50 NT
What do we mean by a Honda C50 NT? NT stands for New Type. Compared to the old type, several aspects of the Honda C50's design were changed:

C50 OT (Old Type): Tank bolted onto the frame, contact point ignition, 6-volt electrical system

C50 K1, K2, K3: Tank recessed into the frame, contact point ignition, 6-volt electrical system (mechanically very similar to OT)

C50 TT (Transition Type): Tank recessed into the frame, CDI ignition, 6 or 12-volt electrical system, GB2 engine with sleeve-bearing camshaft

C50 NT (New Type): Tank recessed into the frame, CDI ignition, 12-volt electrical system, GK4 engine with ball-bearing camshaft
